Overview[]
The Tokyo underworld could be considered hell for those people who committed crimes in their lives, whether they were aware of the crimes or not. People they have killed have a direct pass to Tokyo Underworld when they die. People who come to Tokyo Underworld are know as Guilty (
Description[]
Tokyo Underworld is a place similar to real-life Tokyo having the same sites as its counterpart including Tokyo Tower. In Tokyo Underworld, tourist places are considered prisons, having their own rulers to monitor the prisons.
Arrival and Escape[]
Arrival[]
The Tokyo Underworld is only accessible when a person dies or is killed. If the murdered person wishes, they can take their murderer with them to Tokyo Underworld. Upon arrival it can be considered guilty and therefore a target for the executioners or it can be recruited by the President Tower if their skills are extraordinary.
Escape[]
In Tokyo Underworld there is a way to escape, this way is by going to Tokyo Tower and touching it. This is known as the Spider's Thread (
Executioners[]

The executioners are in charge of monitoring and protecting Tokyo Underworld. Their task is to protect their prisons, kill guilties and prevent them from reaching Tokyo Tower.

In Tokyo Underworld, guilty are divided into seven ranks based on the weight of their crimes. These ranks are called grades.
These grades are:

Places[]
- Tokyo Tower (
東京 タワー, Tōkyō Tawā?) is the main localization of the President Tower. It's also the place where the presidential pardon, the Spider's Thread is granted. According to Enra, Tokyo Tower is a bridge that connects Tokyo underworld with the real world.[3] - Presidential Prefecture (
大 統 領 府 , Daitōryō-fu?) is the president tower's personal prefecture, it's used as a meeting center for executioners as well as president tower's personal meetings.- President's Castle (
大 統 領 のお城 , Daitōryō no Ojō?) is the president's main residence, it's used as a court for the president tower's politics and personal affairs. - Court Colosseum (
宮 廷 闘 技 場 , Kyūtei Tōgiba?) is a coliseum created by the executioners for their entertainment in the presidential prefecture, it is a place where the executioners make their half-executioners fight until one of them dies. It's located in Tokyo Dome.
