Akito Hirasaka (
He used to be a cop in Shinjuku until he was killed and sent to Tokyo Underworld where he would meet his mentor Enra.
Etymology[]
- Akito's surname Mizoregi means "race" (比) (hi), "good/skilled" (良) (ra) and "incline" (坂) (saka).
Appearance[]
Akito is a tall person.
His hair is black with decorations in his hair.
He usually wears a formal suit.
Personality[]
Akito is a serious person who usually takes his job seriously even if he has to break some rules. He is extremely loyal to the people he admires and usually tries to help them in any way they can. He has shown that despite his initial seriousness he is usually kind to people.
Background[]
6 years before the current events, Akito had an accident during an infiltration job, his superior Enra would go to see him and apologize for the injuries he has, Akito mentions that it is nothing and that he will always support him. Two weeks later, Enra mysteriously disappears, so Akito goes into depression after losing a person dear to him. While he was lying on the street, he meets two members of the inferno organization, which makes him suspect them of killing Enra for which begins an investigation against them, upon meeting them he ends up being murdered by one of their members. Akito awakens in Tokyo Underworld and is captured by the crew and taken to Toyosu Market where he would be auctioned off to the Asakusa prison, where he would meet his superior.
After catching up, Akito vows to protect Enra and her niece.
6 years later, after the arrival of class 2-A to Tokyo Underworld, Akito would allow himself to be trapped to be taken to Toyosu where he would meet Haine and be able to take her to Enra.
Relationships[]
- Enra Mizoregi: Akito greatly respects Enra, swearing loyalty to him and trying to do his best to help him and Haine. According to a police officer, Akito and Enra studied together. In extra chapter 9, Akito recalls how they met back in school, where Enra knocked some sense into him with his tough love when he was out of control. Akito also wants Enra to recognise him as his right hand man.
- Haine Saikawa: Being Enra's niece, Akito usually protects her even if it means going against her wishes.
- Leonidas: Akito has met Leonidas several years ago when shopping for laundry detergent. Akito admires Leonidas’ impressive musculature. The two then go drinking together, venting out their frustrations in a drunken state. They then promised each other to run in the Imperial Palace Marathon together, though this promise would forever go unfulfilled.

Trivia[]
- Extra doodle for Chapter 38 shows that Akito's phone's wallpaper is a photo of Enra, he was beat up shortly after taking said photo.
- Akito is the same age as Kyosuke.
- The Guilty Criminal Files are hand written by Akito. He is terrible at drawing.
- Akito's room in the Honnoji Temple is filled with Nobunaga merch, books and photos. "Senpai 4 Life" and "Lessons from Senpai: The 10 conditions of being a detective" on the wall are presumed to be written by himself.
- Akito has mastered cleaning and laundry skills since coming to Tokyo Underworld.
